At Hansprintec, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality printing solutions, including thermal transfer ribbons, printheads, label printers, and barcode scanners. We offer a comprehensive one-stop printing service, backed by clear warranty and return policies to ensure your confidence in every purchase.
Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our standard warranty covers the following:
1.Thermal Transfer Ribbons, Label Printers, Barcode Scanners:1-Year Warranty from the date of delivery.
2.Printheads:
- Standard Printheads: 3 months or 30 kilometers of printing, whichever comes first.
- Select In-House Manufactured Printheads: 5 months or 50 kilometers of printing, whichever comes first.
Return & Replacement Policy
If a product experiences a quality issue within the warranty period, you may request one of the following solutions:
1.Return & Replace
We will ship a new replacement of the same product after confirming the quality issue.
2.Product Exchange
You may exchange the defective item for another product of equivalent value.
3.Full Refund
A full refund can be issued to your original payment method after inspection.
Return Inspection & Shipping Responsibility
All returned items will be inspected by our engineering team to determine the root cause of the issue.
If the problem is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing or quality defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the issue is not quality-related (e.g. user error, improper use, or accidental damage), the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
Supporting Evidence Required
To facilitate faster processing and accurate evaluation:

This allows our engineers to assess the fault and recommend the most appropriate solution.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be defective due to quality issues, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Refunds will not be issued for products damaged by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- If you request a return for reasons not related to product quality (e.g., incorrect purchase, change of mind), the product must be unused and in its original packaging, and the buyer bears all shipping costs.
